Research

Would you like to understand more about what your potential and/or current customers want? Sometimes market research is best undertaken by someone independent from your organisation.

I have experience of the following research methods:

  • Questionnaires – paper and online
  • Running focus groups
  • Telephone research

I can help identify what the purpose of your research is and advise on the most appropriate methodology to use.

Examples of research projects:

  • Non-joiners (those not accepting offer of a place) email survey
  • Year 11 post GSCE Surveys and Focus Groups
  • New joiners – ‘Expectations versus Experience’ telephone or email survey
  • Year 13 Exit Survey

Or you may want some detailed research done to help support your long-term planning looking at your potential market or a competitor analysis.

The results will be analysed and presented in a digestible way allowing you to get the most from it to build on in the future.
